Yes, always. The core of Neufolio - writing, discovering, and connecting with readers - is free and will remain free. Paid plans are for writers who want to see where their words go and access deeper tools.
What happens to my posts if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing. Your posts stay published, your threads remain open, and your writing history is preserved. You simply lose access to the features tied to that plan.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard payment processing and never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer discounts for students or low-income writers?
